- Applicable to guests that are travelling on all Etihad Airways flights. Excluding discounted tickets.
- Bookable in the highest Economy and Business class fare (Corporate fares or ADGETP discounts not allowed). Multi-flyer tickets are not eligible for this benefit.
- Applicable to guests that are travelling on all Etihad Airways, Air Serbia, Air Seychelles and Etihad Partner flights (For Etihad Guest Gold and Platinum members only). For more details please visit the Airport Loungesopens in a new window page on Etihad.com.
- Etihad Guest Gold and Platinum members can access all Etihad Airways Partner’s 3rd Party Lounges (i.e. a lounge that is not owner/operated by the operating flight carrier) across the whole EAP network. (Excluding Skyteam and Oneworld lounges).
- This service can be offered if the facility is available and permitted by local authorities.
- You can nominate one other person to act on your behalf and manage your account.
- First Class lounge access is only for Etihad Guest Platinum members travelling on Etihad Airways operated flight in Abu Dhabi International Airport.
- Once you have attained an Etihad Guest Tier Status after 8 October 2017, your status is valid for: one year for Etihad Guest Silver Members, Etihad Guest Gold and Etihad Guest Platinum Members.
- Business class lounge access is available for Etihad Guest Gold members when travelling on Etihad Airways Operated flights departing from Abu Dhabi. Gold Guests travelling on partner airline (eligible) operated flights will be able to use the Al Reem lounge (Check the respective partner airline page to confirm eligibility).
- From 1 October 2017, Silver members no longer receive Al Reem lounge access in Abu Dhabi & Belgrade Nikola Tesla Intl Airport when travelling on JU marketed and operated flights.
- Air Serbia’s Premium Lounge at Nikola Tesla Airport will have new operating hours, from 5am to 8pm daily starting from Sunday, 1 October 2017. During non-operating hours, eligible Etihad Guest frequent flyers will be able to use the lounge facility operated by the airport (Nikola Tesla Lounge) in the transit area between gate A4 and A5.
- Instant upgrades performed at the airport will be calculated at the time of request based on the fare class booked.
