Claiming missing miles with Etihad Guest is simple and easy

New members can claim missing miles for flights up to 3 months prior to their date of enrollment and please remember that all claims must be made within 6 months of the flight or transaction date.

If you have not automatically accrued your miles due to any reason, please follow simple steps, below depending on the type of your retro claim.

Etihad Airways flights Air Seychelles, Air Serbia, Etihad Regional and all other partner airline flights Non-air partners

For flights flown 3 months prior to your date of enrollment, please send a copy of your boarding pass to retroclaims@etihadguest.com.

For flights flown after your enrollment date, please log in and submit your retro claim online.


For claims made 3 months prior to enrollment date, we require a copy of your boarding pass along with the below details to be sent to retroclaims@etihadguest.com:

• Your Etihad Guest number.
• Your First name.
• Yours Last name.
• Flight number.
• Origin.
• Destination. 
• Cabin. 
• Booked Class. 
• Booking reference (PNR)
• Ticket number.

For claims made after enrollment and within 6 months of transaction date, please send us a copy of your ticket to retroclaims@etihadguest.com


If you find that any transactions with non-air partners are missing from your statement, kindly contact the partner concerned within six months of the transaction.

Note: Non-air partners are not eligible for claims made up to 3 months prior to enrollment.

To ensure your miles are automatically credited to your membership account, please remember to quote your membership number when making a reservation andensure that your booking name matches the name in your account.
