After you have registered, you will be  able to redeem points simply by dialling #155# from your mobile.

Claim Missing Partner Miles

To claim missing miles please contact our Customer Service Centers on Mahe, Praslin and La Digue or:
     • send an email to cablepoints@cwseychelles.com.
     • call 24h helpline100 for free when within Seychelles.
     • call +248 4284000 when outside Seychelles.

Also provide the following information:
     • Full Name and Etihad Guest Number.
     • Date of your redemption.
     • Number of Cable Points and miles redeemed.

Please retain all your email and SMS notifications until Etihad Guest Miles are credited to your account. Please note: Missing miles must be claimed within six months of your transaction.
