Claim Missing Partner Miles

To claim missing Miles, please contact Swissôtel’s Program Administrator within six months of your stay at frequentflyer@swissotel.com providing the following information:

     • Full Name.
     • Invoice number or Date(s) of stay.
     • Destination/location of stay.
     • Your Etihad Guest Number.
     • Total costs of stay.

Please retain all original receipts until Etihad Guest Miles are credited to your account.

Terms and conditions

• Please quote your Etihad Guest Number at the time of booking and present your card when checking in.
• The booking must mirror the name mentioned on the Etihad Guest Member card.
• Miles are earned on qualifying room and accommodation rates.
• Qualifying Stay means any stay that has been booked at a published rate except for tour operator rates, free/complimentary stays and travel industry rates.
• The offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
