     • Full Name.
     • Etihad Guest Number.
     • Hotel Name.
     • Date of Arrival.
     • Date of Departure.
     • Folio or Invoice Number (these can be found on the hotel).

Please retain all original receipts until Etihad Gues Miles are credited to your account.

Terms and conditions

• Please quote your Etihad Guest Number at the time of booking and present your card when checking-in.
• The booking must be in the name of the Etihad Guest Member.
• Eligible Stay* means any stay that has been booked at a published rate except for tour operator rates, free/complimentary stays and travel industry rates.
