Claim Missing Miles

To claim missing miles members must contact the Marriott Rewards Customer Service team within 6 months of their stay.

Members must provide an original or photocopy of the original hotel bill containing the following:

  • Date of arrival & departure
  • Name of Marriott Rewards member
  • Hotel name & location
  • Amount paid for qualifying stay

Terms and conditions

  • Members must be Marriott Rewards Members and have selected Etihad Guest Miles as their earning preference to earn miles automatically.
  • A “stay" or "qualifying stay" means all consecutive nights a Rewards Programme Member registers and personally pays and stays at any Rewards Programme participating hotel, for which the room is billed to the Member.
  • Members may not earn both Points and Miles for the same stay.
  • A Member is eligible to receive Points/Miles for staying at participating Marriott brand hotels or Ritz-Carlton hotels for his/her room and up to two additional rooms.
  • Retro claims are possible up to 6 months after the members stay.
  • All other Marriott Rewards Terms&Conditions apply.
