Earn Miles

Etihad Guest Members will earn 1 Etihad Guest Mile per 1 USD spent during eligible stays at eligible rates.

Etihad Guest Members who have not paid an eligible rate will not qualify for earning on eligible stays but will earn miles on their eligible spends.

Etihad Guest Members will earn 5,000 additional Etihad Guest Miles for eligible stays of 15 nights or more during any calendar year even if the stays are not at an eligible rate. To book online please visit Jumeirah.com.

Claim Missing Partner Miles

Should you find that your partner miles are missing, simply contact Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts within six months of your stay on query@mysiriuscard.com or call +971 (0) 4 364 7500 providing the following information:

     • Your Name and Etihad Guest Number.
     • Invoice number.

Please retain all original receipts until Etihad Guest Miles are credited to your account.

Terms and conditions

• Please quote your Etihad Guest Number at the time of reservation and present your Etihad Guest card upon check-in.
• The hotel room must be reserved in the name of the Etihad Guest Member.
• Eligible Stay* means one or more consecutive nights spent by an Etihad Guest Member booked at an Eligible rate at any one participating hotel. This is regardless of the number of times that the Member checks-in or checks-out in that stay.
• Eligible rates do not include tour operator rates, groups and packages, free/complimentary stays, travel industry rates and internet wholesaler/third party rates.
