Existing IHG® Rewards Club members can change their earning preference to earn Etihad Guest Miles at ihgrewardsclub.com or by contacting your nearest IHG® Rewards Club Service Centre.

IHG® Rewards Club points conversion:
IHG® Rewards Club points can be converted to Etihad Guest Miles @ 10,000 IHG® Rewards Club points = 2,000 Etihad Guest Miles.

Claim Missing Partner Miles

To claim missing Miles, please contact ihgrewardsclub@ihg.com within six months of your stay. You can also call +971 4 429 0 530 (toll charges apply) or fax +44 (0) 871 607 2582 (toll charges apply). Please ensure the following information is provided:

    • Full Name.
    • Your Etihad Guest Number.
    • Your Priority Club Number.
    • Total costs of stay.
    • Copy of hotel folio.

Please retain all original receipts until Etihad Guest Miles are credited to your account.

Terms and conditions

• Qualifying Stay means any stay that has been booked at a published rate excluding tour operator rates, free/complimentary stay and travel industry staff rates.
• Qualifying Spend means all charges paid by a member in connection with a stay for eligible room rates, making use of the food and beverage or any related services including telephone calls and laundry services.
