Claim Missing Partner Miles

To claim missing Miles, please contact Cristal Hotel within six months of your stay at mail@cristalhospitality.com providing the following information:

    • Full Name.
    • Your Etihad Guest number.
    • Invoice number.

Please retain all original receipts until Etihad Guest Miles are credited to your account.

Terms and conditions

• Please quote your Etihad Guest Number at the time of reservation and present your Etihad Guest card upon check-in.
• The hotel room must be reserved in the name of the Etihad Guest Member.
• Eligible Stay* means one or more consecutive nights spent by an Etihad Guest Member booked at an Eligible Rate. This is regardless of the number of times that the Member checks-in or checks-out in that stay.
• Eligible rates do not include tour operator rates, groups and packages, complimentary stays, travel industry rates and internet third party rates.
