Earn Etihad Guest Miles with Malaysia Airlines

You can earn Etihad Guest Miles when traveling with Malaysia Airlines. Simply quote your Etihad Guest Number when making a booking with Malaysia Airlines and remember to present your Etihad Guest Card at check-in. The number of miles earned will depend on the class of booking as shown below.

•  All International and domestic flights operated and marketed by Malaysia Airlines
•  All flights operated by Malaysia Airlines and marketed by Etihad Airways.

Claim Missing Partner Miles

Please retain your tickets and boarding passes until your miles are credited to your account. If you do not receive the credits within six weeks, please advise the Etihad Guest Service Centre . Missing miles can be claimed up to 6 months from the date of travel.

Terms and conditions

Earning Etihad Guest Miles with Malaysia Airlines

• Flights marketed by Malaysia Airlines and operated by a third-party carrier other than Malaysia Airlines or Etihad Airways will not be eligible for Etihad Guest Miles accrual.
• Charter flights operated by Malaysia Airlines are not eligible for mileage accrual.
• Flights taken on Malaysia Airlines are not eligible to earn Etihad Guest Tier Miles and therefore do not contribute to earning or maintaining your Etihad Guest Silver or Gold or Platinum Tier.
• The accrual structure above will be for all flights effective 3rd October 2011.
• MH9000 series flights and jointly serviced or operated flights are not eligible for mileage accrual.
