Claim Missing Partner Miles

Please retain your tickets and boarding passes until your miles are credited to your account. If you do not receive the credits within six weeks, please advise the Etihad Guest Service Centre on +800 GUEST. Missing miles can be claimed up to 6 months from the date of travel.

Redeem Miles with Garuda Indonesia

To redeem miles for reward flights on Garuda Indonesia, members must contact the Etihad Guest Service Centre a minimum of 14 days prior to the intended date of travel. Rewards flight bookings will be confirmed subject to seat availability. Applicable taxes, surcharges and/or fees listed on the ticket will have to be paid at the time of ticket issuance.

Earning Etihad Guest Miles with Garuda Indonesia

  • Flights marketed by Garuda Indonesia and operated by a third-party carrier other than Garuda Indonesia or Etihad Airways will not be eligible for Etihad Guest Miles accrual.
  • Charter flights operated by Garuda Indonesia are not eligible for mileage accrual.
  • Flights taken on Garuda Indonesia are not eligible to earn Etihad Guest Tier Miles and therefore do not contribute to earning or maintaining your Etihad Guest Silver, Gold or Platinum Tier.
  • Redeeming Miles on Garuda Indonesia

    • Reward tickets are valid for a maximum period of one year from the original date of issue.
    • A minimum of 14 days advance notice is required for making a reward flight booking.
    • Seats are subject to availability.
    • One way tickets are permitted.
    • A reward ticket for a child will be issued at the same value as for an adult.
    • Infant tickets not permitted.
    • Applicable taxes and surcharges will have to be paid at the time of ticket issuance.
    • The Business Class redemption rates will be twice the value of the economy redemption rates.
    • Award tickets are not valid on codeshare flights. 
    • One date change is permitted free of charge, any subsequent changes are as per Etihad Guest terms and conditions.
    • On cancellation / Refund – as per Etihad Guest terms and conditions. 
    • Stopovers are permitted. Garuda Indonesia will not provide hotel accommodation for the transit period.
    • Name changes are not permitted.
    • Upgrade using miles – not permitted.

    • The benefits listed above are for Etihad Guest Gold and Platinum  traveling in any class on any operated flight between Etihad Airways and Garuda Indonesia.
    • The airport lounge access is at Soekarno–Hatta International Airport (CGK) Jakarta only.
    • Guests must present their Etihad Guest Membership card in order to avail the benefits above.
    • Children between the aged of 2 and 12 are considered as adults for lounge entry purposes.
    • Infants traveling with the lounge eligible guest shall be provided with lounge access provided the infant travels on the same flight as the lounge eligible member.
