Earn Etihad Guest Miles with Bangkok Airways

You can now earn Etihad Guest Miles when traveling with Bangkok Airways on qualifying fares. Simply quote your Etihad Guest Number when making a booking with Bangkok Airways and always remember to present your Etihad Guest Card at check-in. The number of miles earned will depend on the class of booking as shown.

Flights marketed by Bangkok Airways and operated by a third party carrier other than Bangkok Airways or Etihad Airways will not be eligible for miles. Charter flights are also not eligible for earning miles.

Claim Missing Partner Miles

Please retain your tickets and boarding passes until such time your miles are credited to your account. If you do not receive the credits within six weeks, please advise the Etihad Guest Service Centre. Missing miles can be claimed up to 6 months from the date of travel.

Redeem Miles with Bangkok Airways

To redeem miles for award tickets on Bangkok Airways flights, members must contact the Etihad Guest Service Centre a minimum of 14 days prior to the intended date of travel. Award bookings will be confirmed subject to seat availability. Applicable taxes, surcharges and/or fees listed on the ticket will have to be paid at the time of ticket issuance.

Terms and conditions

Earning Etihad Guest Miles with Bangkok Airways

• Booking classes that qualify for mileage accrual: C, D, Y, M, K, N, T, L, H, V, Q, G, B.
• Booking classes not eligible for mileage accrual: Z, X, S.
• Flights marketed by Bangkok Airways and operated by a third-party carrier other than Bangkok Airways or Etihad Airways will not be eligible for Etihad Guest Miles accrual.
• Charter flights operated by Bangkok Airways are not eligible for mileage accrual.
• Flights taken on Bangkok Airways are not eligible to earn Etihad Guest Tier Miles and therefore do not contribute to earning or maintaining your Etihad Guest Silver or Gold Tier.

Redeeming Miles for tickets on Bangkok Airways

• Awards are subject to capacity control which may limit the number of seats available for award travel.
• A minimum of 14 days advance notice is required for a redemption flight booking.
• Applicable taxes and surcharges will have to be paid at the time of ticket issuance.
• Redemption tickets are non refundable.
• Redemption tickets on Bangkok Airways are valid for a maximum period of one year from the original date of departure booked.
• Date changes are possible free of charge within validity.
• One way tickets are permitted at half the value of the return journey.
• Redeeming miles for upgrades on partner flights are not permitted.
