You can now earn Etihad Guest Miles when traveling with Asiana Airlines. Simply quote your Etihad Guest Number when making a booking with Asiana Airlines and remember to present your Etihad Guest Card at check-in.

The number of miles earned will depend on the class of booking as shown below.

Etihad Guest Members do not earn tier miles for travel.

Flights eligible for Accrual:
• All flights operated and marketed by Asiana Airlines.
• All Asiana Airlines and Etihad Airways codeshare flights.

Asiana Airlines domestic/International flights:

* Booking classes not eligible for mileage accrual: O, I, R, X, N

Claim Missing Partner Miles

Please retain your tickets and boarding passes until your miles are credited to your account. If you do not receive the credits within six weeks, please advise the Etihad Guest Service Centre . Missing miles can be claimed up to 6 months from the date of travel.

Terms and conditions

Earning Etihad Guest Miles with Asiana Airlines

  • Flights operates and marketed by Asiana Airlines will be eligible for miles accrual
  • Flights booked on the OZ code of EY marketed, OZ operated codeshare flights
  • Flights marketed by Asiana Airlines and operated by a third-party carrier other than Asiana Airlines, or Etihad Airways will not be eligible for Etihad Guest Miles accrual.
  • Charter flights operated by Asiana Airlines are not eligible for mileage accrual.
  • Flights taken on Asiana Airlines are not eligible to earn Etihad Guest Tier Miles and therefore do not contribute to earning or maintaining your Etihad Guest Silver or Gold or Platinum Tier.
