Earn Miles with ANA

You can now earn Etihad Guest Miles when traveling with ANA. Simply quote your Etihad Guest Number when making a booking with ANA and remember to present your Etihad Guest Card at check-in. The number of miles earned will depend on the class of booking as shown below.

Claim Missing Partner Miles

Please retain your tickets and boarding passes until such time your miles are credited to your account. If you do not receive the credits within six weeks, please advise the Etihad Guest Service Centre on +800 GUEST. Missing miles can be claimed up to 6 months from the date of travel.

Redeem Miles with ANA

To redeem miles for award tickets on ANA, members must contact the Etihad Guest Service Centre a minimum of 14 days prior to the intended date of travel. Award bookings will be confirmed subject to seat availability. Applicable taxes, surcharges and/or fees listed on the ticket will have to be paid at the time of ticket issuance.

Terms and conditions

Earning Etihad Guest Miles with ANA

• Booking classes eligible for mileage accrual: F, A, C, Z, J, D, Y, E, B, S, M, K, L, H, W, G, T.
• Flights marketed by ANA and operated by a third-party carrier other than ANA or Etihad Airways will not be eligible for Etihad Guest Miles accrual.
• Charter flights operated by ANA are not eligible for mileage accrual.
• Flights taken on ANA are not eligible to earn Etihad Guest Tier Miles and therefore do not contribute to earning or maintaining your Etihad Guest Silver or Gold Tier.

Redeeming Miles for tickets on ANA

• Flight rewards are subject to capacity control which may limit the number of seats available for award travel.
• Miles can be redeemed for all ANA operated Flights, ANA domestic flights and flights operated by the ANA affiliates. Air Nippon (EL) and Air Nippon Company (NQ).
• A minimum of 14 days advance notice is required for a redemption flight booking.
• Applicable taxes and surcharges will have to be paid at the time of ticket issuance.
• Redemption tickets are non refundable.
• Redemption tickets on ANA are valid for a maximum period of one year from the original date of departure booked.
• Date changes are possible free of charge within validity.
• The values in the redemption table are for return journeys only.
• One way bookings are not permitted. 
• The blackout dates below will apply to all award bookings with ANA.
• Redeeming miles for upgrades on partner flights are not permitted.

Notes for blackout dates

• Wait listing reservations may not be available for crowded flights.
• There are no unavailable periods for First Class and Business Class.
• Details on unavailable periods after April 2014 will be announced around March 2013.

Service benefits

For Etihad Guest Gold Members* on applicable ANA operated codeshare flights with Etihad Airways.

1. Priority Airport Check-in at the Japan Domestic Check-in counters in Nagoya, Narita, Chitose, Fukuoka and Osaka regardless of class of travel.
2. Priority Baggage Handling when travelling regardless of the class of travel.
3. Additional Baggage Allowance of twenty (20) Kg’s regardless of class of travel. An additional piece (one piece) of baggage is permitted for piece concept routes.
4. Priority boarding on all international airports regardless of class of travel. This service is not applicable at All Nippon Airways domestic airports.
5. Lounge access to the ANA Business Class lounge or equivalent level departure lounge with one additional guest regardless of class of travel.

Note: The accompanying guest must travel on the same Codeshare Flight as the Etihad Guest Gold Member on the same day. The guest must enter the lounge at the same time as the eligible Gold Member. All infants traveling with the lounge eligible guest shall be provided with lounge access provided the infant travels on the same day as the lounge eligible Gold Member.
